  • Orders are processed within 2 - 3 days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in Original Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage.
  • Original Packaging: It must include all tags, packaging, and any accessories received with the product.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return

    • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Package

    • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the Return

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 - 5 days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
